Consultation Sign-Up: You can sign up for a consultation through our website. By doing so, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and are at least 21 years of age.
Purchasing Products: When making a purchase on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and notifies you of its status.
5. Payment
Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit acrds and After-pay.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia only. Shipping to the rest of the world is coming soon.We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. Once the order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the carrier.
7. Returns and Store Credits
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt.
Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging intact.. To initiate a return, please contact us at sunday-studio.com. Upon acceptance of the return, a store credit will be issued to your account for future purchases.
